**Job Description**
As a Blended Support Team member, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. You'll be cross-trained to support multiple clients, handling inbound calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer service needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Gathering and verifying customer information, documenting it in our CRM system (Frontline Connection)
* Following a guided process to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
* Collaborating with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improvement
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and expertise
**Required Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate conflicts and resolve issues
* Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
* Technical abilities sufficient to install, uninstall, and troubleshoot software and equipment
* A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise
**Preferred Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be available to train on weekdays during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
* Have open availability 24/7 to work shifts within our company's hours of operation
* Attend training sessions and adhere to our attendance policies
* Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise
**Tech Requirements**
To ensure a seamless experience for our customers, you'll need:
* A desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks)
* A recent-generation Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 processor (or AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9)
* 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
* A dual-monitor setup
* A high-quality USB headset
* A hardwired internet connection
* Minimum internet speeds of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
* Less than 20ms ping stability
* No Spectrum internet service
**Pay and Benefits**
