As a Part-time Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking support with our products and services. * Learn and maintain knowledge of deposit, loan, and digital banking services, as well as other banking products
* Consistently meet or exceed agent metric standards for calls handled, adherence to schedule, ready/not ready time, and customer satisfaction
* Quickly and accurately assess the urgency of customer requests, prioritizing accordingly to ensure timely resolution
* Serve as a liaison between customers and other bank departments and vendors, providing feedback on service usability and quality
* Perform general clerical duties, operating various departmental equipment, filing, answering phones, taking messages, and handling detail work

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of one year of banking or financial services experience in a customer service role preferred
* Previous contact center experience preferred, but not required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and retain customer relationships
* Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and maintain a professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic, and attitude
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems
