Your Day at arenaflex
As a Customer Service Associate in our Tool Rental department, your day will be filled with opportunities to engage with customers, answer questions, and provide expert guidance on our products and services. You'll work closely with our team to ensure all customer needs are met, and you'll have the chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your daily responsibilities may vary, but you can expect to:

Welcome customers to our store and provide friendly, professional service
Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise, including tools and equipment
Down stock merchandise, replenishing supplies and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
Process orders and deliveries accurately, ensuring customers receive their merchandise on time
Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to deliver the best possible customer service
Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs, such as preparing tools and equipment for rental
Guide customers through shopping or checkout, providing expert advice and support
Complete other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our team


Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with our team, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as:

Product knowledge, including tools and equipment
Customer service and communication
Time management and organization
Teamwork and collaboration


Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
Basic arithmetic skills, including addition and subtraction
The ability to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
The ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

6 months of retail and/or customer service experience
Bi-lingual skills, allowing you to communicate with a diverse range of customers
Certification in a trade related to our department, such as hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, or lumber/building materials
