As a remote Part-Time Customer Service and Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, working closely with our clients and colleagues to deliver top-notch service and support. Key Responsibilities As a remote Part-Time Customer Service and Administrative Assistant at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and text, providing prompt and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Performing data entry tasks to update customer information in our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Notating each interaction with clients, adding files to client portals, and preparing forms as required. Resolving client issues in a timely manner with patience and professionalism, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery. Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and addressing their needs in a friendly and positive manner. Working independently and as part of a team to achieve customer service goals and objectives. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a remote Part-Time Customer Service and Administrative Assistant at blithequark, you will need: Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Suite (particularly Outlook), Adobe or other PDF-related software, and file management. Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high customer inventories, maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and positive attitude, and the ability to problem-solve effectively. Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A willingness to learn, retain information, and implement new ideas and suggestions. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Previous tax experience, or a background in a related field. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools. Training and Compensation At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members. As a remote Part-Time Customer Service and Administrative Assistant, you will receive: 1 week of comprehensive training, provided at $15 per hour for 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. A competitive hourly rate of $17 per hour after training. Performance bonuses, based on individual and team performance. Schedule and Benefits As a remote Part-Time Customer Service and Administrative Assistant at blithequark, you will enjoy: A flexible schedule, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 35 hours per week.
