Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients and guide them through the check-in and baggage registration process Utilize computers to sell, print, and reissue tickets Manage the check-in process, ensuring clients have the necessary documentation for travel Label baggage and perform lifting tasks, including moving items from scales to conveyor belts Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures Provide information on flight status, seat availability, and travel requirements Assist with boarding processes, including accompanying unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken) Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) is an asset Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of items weighing between 50-70 pounds Availability to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, aviation, or a related field Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
