Our team is passionate about technology and is always looking for ways to improve our services and solutions. **Job Summary** As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers with their post-purchase needs. You'll handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, assist with tracking numbers and order statuses, and use your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues.
