You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored advice and guidance to help them achieve their objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues * Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products * Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners * Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership * Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures * Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation * Perform other duties as assigned **Basic Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales * Cash handling skills * Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services * Experience working in a team environment and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
