Essential Qualifications
Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls
Have a quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal noise and distractions
Able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
Available to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
Experience working from home or in a remote setting
Familiarity with internal management systems and communication software
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in navigating multiple tabs and windows
