Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers via phone calls, responding to inquiries and concerns about package delivery. Document the delivery flow of packages into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery, providing solutions and resolving issues as needed. Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Troubleshoot, research, and resolve issues, escalating them as necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business and enhance our customer experience.
