About the Role As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, consumers, and delivery drivers to ensure seamless package delivery. Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and creating an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Talk with customers about package delivery, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery Document the delivery flow of packages into our tracking system Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of package delivery Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business What We Offer At arenaflex, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication.
