**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to prospective and current students, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through the program enrollment and completion process. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional support to prospective and current students, addressing their inquiries, and troubleshooting issues
* Acting as the first point of contact for students, responding to their queries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Monitoring student progress and engagement, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for enhanced support
* Assisting students with platform navigation and technical troubleshooting, ensuring they have a seamless experience
* Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progress, using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer support tools (Zendesk, live chat, email support)
* Collaborating with the student support team to plan and execute virtual student events and engagement initiatives, promoting student success and well-being
* Identifying and escalating complex student concerns as needed, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 3-7+ years of experience in customer service, student support, or sales, preferably in an education or wellness-related field
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer care, adapting to diverse student needs and preferences
* Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer support tools (Zendesk, live chat, email support)
* Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple student interactions and tasks simultaneously
* A passion for health, wellness, and education, with a commitment to delivering exceptional support and services to our students
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
