Job Summary As a Part-time Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will engage with customers through online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and turning interactions into leads. You'll be part of a relaxed yet professional team environment, working with like-minded individuals who share your passion for great customer service and technology. Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services to ensure expertise. Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring seamless communication. Provide exceptional customer experiences, representing our dealer clients favorably online. Requirements and Qualifications: We're looking for individuals with a strong background in customer service, a passion for technology, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary). The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred. Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills. A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus. A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Training and Work Schedule: To ensure your success, we provide comprehensive training and a supportive work environment: Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday, between 10:00 am - 6:30 pm CST. Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
