Job Overview Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership queries. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in the industry. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing lead generation opportunities. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs and preferences. Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals, contributing to the growth and success of our clients and blithequark. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, communication, and customer service skills. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it is not necessary. You should be able to type at least 35 words per minute, with a preference for 40 words per minute or above. Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, as well as a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
