* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills

**Training and Requirements**

* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
