Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients.
Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping to drive business growth and revenue.
Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Qualifications
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with the following qualifications:
Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a quiet and dedicated workspace free from distractions.
Training and Requirements
As a Part-Time Chat Operator at careerzynith, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training via Zoom, covering the following requirements:
Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
Able to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT.
