* Provide support and guidance to cross-functional groups and colleagues to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of packaging information requirements, standards, and details.
* Collaborate with suitable internal regulation and guideline informed authorities, identifying effects on current information requirements and standards, taking action to mitigate risks and recognize opportunities for compliance.
* Work with cross-functional global partners to drive effective communication and roadshows around expressed objective advancement, compliance, and information precision best practice requirements and assumptions.
* Utilize data to identify trends or issues, in association with technology groups, to measure the effectiveness of training delivered and communications sent.
* Investigate industry trends and review Target's corresponding information and standards practices, share insights and recommendations with the appropriate audience for change and compliance.

**Requirements**
* 4-year degree or equivalent experience
* 4 years of experience creating and managing documentation and guidelines projects, ideally including packaging design and development

* Experience with documentation best practices, technical writing, and reporting
* Skilled at creating and advising on content, structure, and delivery of effective training programs, roadshows, and communications
