Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that packages are delivered to the correct address and in good condition. Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring that it is in good working condition and meets all safety and regulatory requirements. Load and unload packages from the vehicle, using a dolly or other equipment as needed. Use a smartphone or other device to navigate to delivery locations and track packages in real-time. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers, delivery times, and any issues that may arise. Communicate with customers and other team members as needed to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.
