Our dispatch team is multilingual, speaking Ukrainian, English, Spanish, Arabic, Georgian, Russian, and Romanian, to ensure seamless communication with our drivers. Key Responsibilities Operate your own semi-truck (sleeper or day cab) for regional and local OTR routes Transport a variety of loads, including dry vans, flatbeds, reefers, and power-only loads Maintain a clean and safe driving record, adhering to all relevant regulations and company standards Communicate effectively with our dispatch team and other stakeholders Manage your time efficiently to meet delivery schedules and maximize earnings Essential Qualifications To succeed as an Owner Operator Truck Driver with Workwarp, you'll need: A valid Class A CDL license Ownership of a semi-truck (18-wheeler or day cab) A minimum of 2 years of Class A CDL experience A clean MVR with no accidents in the last 5 years Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly valued: Experience with dedicated, local, OTR, and regional routes A strong understanding of logistics operations and transportation regulations Excellent time management and communication skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: Strong driving skills and a commitment to safety Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently Basic knowledge of truck maintenance and repair Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our drivers grow and succeed.
