Job Summary: Regional & Local OTR Loads As an Owner Operator Truck Driver with NRL Carrier, you'll have the freedom and flexibility to choose from regional and local OTR loads, hauling dry vans, flatbeds, and reefers, as well as power-only loads. Key Responsibilities: Operate a semi-truck (either a sleeper or day cab) to transport goods and materials across regional and local routes Haul dry vans, flatbeds, and reefers, as well as power-only loads Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations Keep accurate records of hours of service, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance Requirements: What We Look for in a Candidate To succeed as an Owner Operator Truck Driver with NRL Carrier, you'll need: A valid Class A CDL License Ownership of a semi-truck (either a sleeper or day cab) A minimum of 2 years of Class A CDL experience with a clean MVR No accidents in the last 5 years Excellent communication and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: What Sets You Apart While not required, the following qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: Experience with dry vans, flatbeds, and reefers Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive Pay, Comprehensive Benefits, and More At NRL Carrier, we're committed to providing our Owner Operator Truck Drivers with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive pay: $4,400 - $6,100 per week for OTR loads and $3,200 - $4,500 per week for regional loads 82%-85% commission on all gross loads Weekly pay and direct deposit every Friday Dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off A friendly work environment with a small, close-knit team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At NRL Carrier, we're committed to helping our drivers grow their careers and develop new skills.
