As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling lost/stolen customer service calls for a large banking institution, providing top-notch support to our clients while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone. This is a 100% remote position, and you will be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. **Key Responsibilities** As an Overnight Weekend Holiday Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Handling lost/stolen customer service calls for a large banking institution * Filing disputes for customers who suspect fraud on their account * Expressing empathy and maintaining a professional tone throughout all calls * Providing top-notch support to our clients while resolving their issues * Working evenings, weekends, and holidays * Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and standards **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree preferred) * Must be 18 years of age or older * A background check is required * Excellent communication skills * Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps Download / 25 Mbps Upload (No Wifi) * Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 16 or higher) Smartphone * Either a Smartphone with Unlimited Minutes, or Landline Phone * Ability to problem solve **Preferred Qualifications** * 3+ years of customer service experience * 3+ years of experience using a PC or Laptop * Experience working in a remote call center environment * Experience handling lost/stolen customer service calls **Skills and Competencies** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain a professional and empathetic tone throughout all calls **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
