**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from home to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling lost and stolen customer service calls, providing a high level of support and resolution to our customers. This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week, with opportunities for career growth and development.

**Responsibilities**

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Handling lost and stolen customer service calls for a large banking institution
* Providing a high level of support and resolution to our customers
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associate's degree preferred
* 3 years of customer service experience, with a strong background in handling customer complaints and issues
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and upload speeds (wired connection only)
* Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) smartphone
* Unlimited minutes or landline phone
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
* Experience with customer service software and systems
* Strong knowledge of banking and financial services
* Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain productivity and focus

* Evening shift: 1700-0200
* Holidays: 1700-0200
* Night shift: 2100-0600
* Weekend availability: 1700-2200
