**Experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative – Emergency Response and Support**

As an Overnight CSR, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-night hours, and transitioning to a remote opportunity after completing in-person, daytime training.
