Founded in 1909, arenaflex serves over 20,000 clients, with annualized revenue approaching $8 billion and more than 100,000 team members in 350+ offices throughout the United States, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, and other international locations. **Key Responsibilities:** As an Overnight Customer Care Center Agent, you will be responsible for: * Responding to calls for assistance onsite or via remote access * Monitoring SkiData for warnings and initiating corrective actions * Monitoring Paystation Banknote containers and cashing out as needed * Preparing daily and weekly reports as directed * Maintaining activity logs * Entering comments for actions taken in Dynacount event log * Repairing equipment as needed or contacting vendors as needed * Notifying Facility Managers of any situations that cannot be resolved by the Attendant, CC server problems, unable to connect to a facility, etc. * Other duties as assigned **Minimum Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Experience with SkiData equipment * Knowledge of Dynacount Systems * Good mechanical aptitude * Valid driver's license * Basic computer skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word * Excellent English verbal and written communication skills * Self-motivated individual * Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills **Physical Demands:** As an Overnight Customer Care Center Agent, you will be required to: * Sit for extended periods of time * Stand for extended periods of time * Use hands to write reports and perform needed maintenance * Hear the "average" customer in an average parking exit lane environment * Speak and be heard by the "average" customer in the "average" exit lane environment * Climb stairs or run short distances * Lift or move up to 25 pounds * Bending, twisting, walking **Reporting and Documentation:** As an Overnight Customer Care Center Agent, you will be responsible for: * Reporting any situation that is a life-threatening emergency to 911 and immediately contacting our security control center * Reporting any equipment failures that you addressed and solved or that were reported and addressed by vendors * Reporting any observed or suspected violations of company policy * Reporting any un-safe work practice or un-safe situation that you observe * Reporting any crime, vandalism, or damage you observe * Ability to relay in writing any observed operational difficulties or situations and provide suggestions for solutions * Accountable for accurate performance of all assigned duties and ability to respond appropriately to changing situations **Work Environment and Company Culture:** As a remote work opportunity, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
