With a range of services including wheelchair transportation, Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, and Critical Care Ground Transportation, as well as Critical Care Rotary Air Transportation, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive care to our patients. **Responsibilities** As an Overnight Call Taker (Customer Service Representative) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Answering, screening, and directing calls for the entire company in a timely and efficient manner * Distinguishing the need for emergency transportation and pre-arranging transport for facilities while determining the level of care needed for patients * Arranging specialty and critical care transportation as needed * Providing information and assistance for customer service inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner * Communicating with multiple departments and EMS personnel to ensure seamless patient care * Providing supportive information to customers to assist them in arranging appropriate transport and developing effective solutions for customer service issues * Directing calls to the Flight desk as appropriate * Performing other duties as assigned by management **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A pleasant, professional phone manner and excellent communication skills * Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Typing skills of 30 wpm or better and proficiency in computer software applications * The ability to excel in a high-stress environment and adapt to frequently changing policies and procedures * A medical background is a plus, and EMD certification will be required within 1 year of employment * A strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support **Benefits and Perks** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Medical, vision, and dental insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Disability insurance * Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) * Paid time off and vacation days * Opportunities for career growth and professional development **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
