As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and connecting clients with the support they need. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
• Handling high-volume calls with a positive and efficient attitude
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
