**Responsibilities**

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
* Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns when necessary
* Maintaining accurate records and updating client information in our database
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues
* Ability to keep sensitive information confidential and maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
* Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
