Job Overview: Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our overnight call center team as Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of their queries. Demonstrate the ability to handle high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure under pressure. Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to blithequark’s high standards and contributing to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of our client base. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, upholding the trust placed in us by our clients. Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection, to facilitate remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic and beyond. The ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, with a proven track record of success in previous customer service or call center positions. Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly, ensuring you stay ahead of the curve in our rapidly evolving industry. A high school diploma or equivalent, providing a solid foundation for your professional development and growth within blithequark. Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position, with the ability to work remotely in emergency situations, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
