About the Role We are seeking an experienced Outreach Operations Specialist to join our global team at blithequark. As an Outreach Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for mitigating harm through incident management of sensitive creator escalations. You will specialize in analyzing difficult partner issues that require careful internal coordination and direct communication with partners. Our 24/7 team frequently works with cross-functional teams to address creator/customer core issues that may be driving potential risk. Key Responsibilities Act as an expert to cross-functional partners on product/policy changes, claiming difficult conversations with internal partners, and fostering deep relationships with regional teams to support and counsel in complex creator escalations. Design and execute cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader Operations efforts. Identify workflow gaps to improve creator escalations that ensure full de-escalation as soon as possible. Work as an Incident Manager on select weekends to own escalations needing immediate support. Own sensitive, high-stakes escalations by thoroughly investigating creator/customer issues and developing tailored communication strategies via email, social, and phone that mitigate security and brand risks to blithequark. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. 5 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role. 4 years of experience working with incident response management, risk mitigation, or customer service. 4 years of experience with crisis management, executive communications, incident directing, and making time-critical decisions with incomplete data. Preferred Qualifications Ability to communicate analytical findings and techniques to technical staff, executive management, legal counsel, and internal and external clients. Ability to advocate for creator policies that safeguard the blithequark ecosystem and its employees. Ability to work in and keep up with a fast-paced environment via effective prioritization and time management. Ability to act as an active incident manager in on-call rotations, over weekends, and adapt to rapidly changing needs in the blithequark ecosystem. Excellent technical aptitude and ability to absorb new information quickly. Outstanding time and project management skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks and needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems and tools quickly. Compensation and Benefits The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$156,000 + bonus + stock + benefits. Our compensation is determined by job, level, and location. The range shown on each job posting reflects the base and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual salary is determined by work location and additional factors, including position-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
