**Key Responsibilities**
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Learning our proprietary system for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
* Gaining a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently, while portraying our high standards of customer support
* Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, which will be discussed and agreed upon with your team lead
* Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to discuss progress, share knowledge, and collaborate on solutions
