**Key Responsibilities**
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Learning our proprietary system for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
* Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently to deliver exceptional customer service
* Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings and call volume targets
* Participating in daily stand-up meetings with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improvement
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and drive business growth
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service
