The Role We're looking for an experienced Outbound Call Agent (Non-Sales) to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential voters to gather survey data. You'll need to handle and overcome objections professionally to ensure survey completion and accurately enter survey responses into the system with a keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Conducting outbound calls to potential voters to gather survey data Handling and overcoming objections professionally to ensure survey completion Accurately entering survey responses into the system with a keen attention to detail Working on rotating shifts as needed Ideal Candidate Attributes: We're looking for a candidate with the following attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Resilience and the ability to stay motivated during repetitive tasks High level of professionalism and ethical standards Passion for political campaigns and a keen interest in public opinion research Requirements: To be eligible to apply, you'll need: A stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps up and down A laptop or desktop, PC or Mac or Linux based operating system, dual core processor with at least 8GB or RAM A webcam and headset A quiet place to work A go-getter attitude and a willingness to learn and teach Energy and excellent ability to communicate with customers Excellent command of the English language - comprehension, spoken and written Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $10.00 - $12.00 per hour, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
