**Job Summary:**

As an Experienced Order Administration Specialist – Customer Service and Order Cycle Management, you will be responsible for managing the entire order cycle, including receiving, inputting orders, revising or cancelling, label creation, driver manifests paperwork, and addressing customer inquiries. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, while providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the entire order cycle, including receiving, inputting orders, revising or cancelling, label creation, driver manifests paperwork, and addressing customer inquiries
* Process orders from customers transmitted through our systems via Anzio or ETransportation site, ensuring timely and accurate order processing
* Produce daily reports using ANZIO, providing insights into order processing and customer inquiries
* Create labels and job tickets on a daily basis per customer request, with an average of 1,000 labels per day
* Process local returns, manually entering returns/pickups on a daily basis, with an average of 20 returns per day
* Process driver's manifests on a daily basis, counting, separating, and scanning into Laserfish, with an average of 1,800 orders per day
* Process multiple revisions and cancellations per customer request throughout the day
* Communicate with customers via email and phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or GED required
* Work experience in an Order's Department or Customer Service role, or similar role in Supply Chain
* Experience with order management software
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management
* Ability to work well with others, as a team player, and independently
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Must speak and write English fluently

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
* Experience working in a similar role with a similar company
