Key Responsibilities Perform standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-out cleans to the highest standards, adhering to company SOPs and client expectations. Communicate effectively with clients and the RedWhiteClean team to ensure seamless service delivery and address any concerns promptly. Manage your schedule and availability, selecting jobs that fit within your timeframe and ensuring timely completion. Maintain your own equipment and cleaning solutions, ensuring they are in good condition and suitable for various cleaning tasks. Represent RedWhiteClean and Workwarp professionally, upholding our brand's reputation through excellent work ethic and customer service. Work independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and a commitment to delivering quality results. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Reliable transportation, as you'll be working on the road and traveling to different client locations. Basic cleaning equipment and solutions, including a mop, vacuum, duster, towels/rags, broom, and appropriate cleaning solutions for various surfaces. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and follow company procedures. Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of cleaning experience, with knowledge of standard cleaning practices, deep cleaning, and move-out cleans. Previous experience in customer-facing roles or industries where communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. A flexible schedule, available to work varying shifts, including weekends as needed.
