Job Opportunity: Eye to Eye Careers is seeking a full-time, permanent experienced ( Physician ) Recruiter to join our growing team! Our company is experiencing substantial growth in the Eye Care space and looking for money- motivated, hardworking, driven individuals to join our team! Our ideal candidate has experience and proven success in recruiting doctors. You will report to the Director of Recruiting and have a support team that will assist to identify hot leads, schedule calls with candidates for you, and draft marketing/social media posts to support your open searches. Responsibilities: • Source & contact candidates through ATS system, search tools, job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, etc. • Attend industry networking events/ conferences, job fairs/ school events • Build a pipeline of viable candidates for all current and future locations • Screen and qualify candidates via phone calls/ zoom • Present open job searches to candidates • Place a large amount of candidates in open positions quickly • Manage multiple accounts • Assist in interview support for both candidates and clients from initial contact through start date • Maintain, manage, and expand strong relationships with networks of doctors • Maintain, manage, and expand strong relationships with networks of clients • Serve as a consultant to both candidates and clients • This position will require regular interfacing with internal company and client leadership teams to advise on current trends in the market, collaborate and strategize on recruitment approaches that will yield the best outcomes • Work and adapt in a fast paced environment • Weekly reporting Skills needed to be successful in this role: • 2+ years of proven positive results recruiting doctors (eyecare industry experience preferred, not required) • Experience cold calling • Self confident and driven individual with the ability to excel in a competitive environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Professionalism and attention to detail • Ability to handle pressure and problem-solve quickly • Ability to be persuasive and overcome objections • Coachability and eagerness to learn • Ability to work in a team environment and independently • Microsoft Office experience • LinkedIn experience • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & innovative environment while being eager to make a significant impact on our growing success • Passion for providing outstanding candidate and client support • The right person to fill this role is someone who is hungry to deliver positive results and money driven Compensation: • Competitive Salary + Results based Large Un-Capped Commission • Paid Time Off • Paid US Holidays • Paid Jewish Holidays Our home office is located in Brooklyn, NY.
