**Job Summary**

* Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the successful execution of our global frameworks and processes.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management).
* Proven experience in driving operational excellence, process improvement, and customer satisfaction in a global logistics or transportation company.
* Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ continuous improvement methodologies.
* Experience with Cargowise or similar global shipping and logistics systems.
* Lithe, PMP, or similar project management certification.
* Proven track record of driving change management and project management initiatives in a cross-functional team environment.
* Strong industry knowledge, effective leadership, human relations, and communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management).
* Experience with FedEx QDM Master or similar quality management systems.
* Proven experience in driving high-performing teams, improving processes, and changing business activities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision making.
