Job Overview The Operations Intake Coordinator I – Data Entry Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely processing of all incoming and outgoing documents. This is a hybrid-based position, with our office located at 1350 Air Park Drive, Farmington, MO. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for entering, photocopying, scanning, and delivering interoffice correspondence as necessary, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information. Key Responsibilities Receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing documents in an efficient and timely manner Enter, photocopy, scan, and deliver interoffice correspondence as necessary Ensure timely and accurate processing of all required document types Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and stand for intermittent periods of time Work shift work, which can include daytime, evening, or overnight shifts, with mandatory overtime (in-office or remote) as business needs require Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays (in-office or remote) based on business needs Education and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with production-related experience preferred. You should be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.29 - $26.20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field, or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
