**Experienced Operations Analyst – Data Entry and Analytics for arenaflex**

Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our dynamic and fast-growing organization. **Job Responsibilities** As an Operations Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Compiling and filing daily, monthly, and YTD operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement * Analyzing data to identify the root cause of variances to intention and developing recommendations for improvement * Designing and building scorecards with current structures and collaborating with IT to build scorecards and reporting through Business Intelligence (BI) and associated tools * Clarifying and coordinating postpone and cancellation coding to ensure accurate information for evaluation * Assessing adjustments to timetable shape for operational reliability, such as timetable tightness, recoverability alternatives, etc. * Building city-pair, time-of-day, and season-of-year specific scheduled block instances using historic instances, historic trends, and predicted versions going forward (e.g., airport construction) * Conducting "non-stop development" evaluation of real block instances relative to scheduled block instances to reduce the average variance between actuals and timetable (e.g., +/- 1% factor of intention) and the average deviation (e.g., % of "outliers") * Conducting ad-hoc analyses as requested by management * Other responsibilities assigned by management **Qualifications and Education Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree * Strong analytical skills, including manipulating large volumes of data * Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, graphs, macros, and "linked" spreadsheets * Ability to summarize and communicate the results of/conclusions from data analysis * One to two years' analytical experience, including working as part of a team **Preferred Skills** * Experience with BI tools, including Tableau or Power BI * Experience with Network timetable tools, including Sabre Schedule Manager * Microsoft Office, e.g., PowerPoint * Airline experience **Benefits** * Paid Time Off: Vacation and ill time accruals are based on length of service * 401k Plan: Company match * Travel Privileges: Experience and experience destination tours with low-cost travel options for you and your family members * Insurance: Competitive pricing and options available to eligible employees and dependents **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
