As an online research participant and customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to work on a part-time or full-time basis, with flexible hours that fit your schedule. Key Responsibilities Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time, ensuring you are prepared and ready to participate Participate in written and oral instructions, providing thoughtful and honest feedback Complete written surveys for each panel, sharing your opinions and experiences Use products and/or services provided, if applicable, and be prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date Engage in online or in-person discussions, contributing to the development of new products and services Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have: A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop Access to a reliable internet connection A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions A high school diploma or equivalent No experience is required, but you must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
