Our studies cover a wide range of subjects, including: Child-related topics (individuals with children 18 years or younger) Cell phones (Apple, Android, or Windows...Prepaid or Contract) Entertainment (TV shows, movies, and video games) Food (If you buy fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining) Sports (Casual viewers and die-hard fans) Electronics (Tell us which devices you prefer and why) Pets (Animal lovers needed! Responsibilities As an online research participant and customer service representative, your responsibilities will include: Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time Participating by completing written and oral instructions Completing written surveys provided for each panel Using products and/or services, if provided, and being ready to discuss prior to the meeting date Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A smart phone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop Access to a reliable internet connection A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions Essential and Preferred Qualifications In addition to the above qualifications, we are looking for individuals who are: Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable with technology and able to navigate online platforms Excellent communicators with strong verbal and written skills Able to provide honest and constructive feedback While no experience is required, previous experience in customer service, market research, or a related field is an asset.
