As an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers and stakeholders through various channels, including online focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. You'll have the opportunity to participate in a range of topics, from child-related issues to entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, automobiles, and more. **Responsibilities**
As an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Participating in online focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, automobiles, and more
* Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time and participating by completing written and oral instructions
* Completing written surveys provided for each panel and providing honest feedback on products and services
* MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
* Utilizing a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop and having access to a reliable internet connection
* Reading, understanding, and following oral and written instructions
* Working independently with minimal supervision
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* A high school diploma or its equivalent
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
* Access to a reliable internet connection
* Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* No experience required, but the ability to work independently is essential
