You will have the flexibility to choose which topics interest you the most and participate in discussions online or in-person. **Responsibilities:** As an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics * Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time to ensure a smooth and efficient experience * Completing written and oral instructions provided by our team * Completing written surveys provided for each panel * MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date * Participating in online or in-person discussions, depending on the project requirements * Providing honest and valuable feedback on products and services * Reviewing and using new products or services before they are launched to the public **Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop * Must have access to a reliable internet connection * Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics * Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions * No experience required, but must be able to work independently **Experience:** While experience is not necessary, you must be able to work independently and have a strong desire to participate in our focus groups and clinical trials.
