**Job Description**
As an Online Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone inquiries in a prompt, professional, and well-spoken manner. You'll work closely with our sales and management staff to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, provide product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone inquiries in a prompt, professional, and well-spoken manner
* Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
* Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
* Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
* Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
* Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
* Work with all Sales and Management staff to obtain customer satisfaction during dealership experience
**Skills and Requirements:**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Availability to work Monday through Sunday from 8:30am to 7pm, or any variation ranging during open business hours
* Ability to adhere to attendance guidelines, requiring regular attendance as an essential job function
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task
* Self-motivation and goal orientation
* Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
* Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
* Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and its products
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Knowledge of social media platforms and their applications in customer service
* Experience in sales and customer service in the automotive industry
* Strong understanding of the psychology of internet customers and their needs
