Join Our VUE Team as a Customer Service Representative
We're growing fast, and we're looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer experiences to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not your typical call center job; we're an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot. Essential Functions

Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License, with our support and guidance every step of the way.
Work independently, taking initiative and working with minimal supervision, as a self-motivated and flexible team player.
Maintain regular and timely attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
Ability to make decisions, problem-solve, and hold to an ethical standard, demonstrating your integrity and commitment to excellence.
Ability to manage individual stress and composure, even in challenging situations, and maintain a positive attitude.
Other duties as assigned, as we continue to grow and evolve as a company.


Requirements

High School Diploma, as a foundation for your future success.
Designated space and internet capability to work from home, allowing you to work comfortably and efficiently.
Able to pass a background check, as we prioritize the safety and security of our customers and team members.
Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience, demonstrating your technical skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex issues.
