As an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a key role in responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Online Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:

Communicate with online booking customers and potential customers via email, phone, and online chat to provide timely and effective support
Help customers navigate our websites and book events online, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience
Resolve product/service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of our websites to ensure the accuracy of the online booking tool and identify areas for improvement
Participate in sales coaching and development to enhance your ability to provide exemplary service and product solutions to our customers, including up-selling package add-ons and upgrades
Perform other customer service duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and needs


Essential Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

High School Diploma required; 2-4 year college degree preferred
Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience in a call center, hospitality/restaurant, or corporate setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Demonstrate self-motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well on a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Possess strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills; receptive to coaching and feedback, and have the desire to meet/exceed goals and solve problems while working in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple windows and online web applications, utilize search tools to find information, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

Previous experience in an eCommerce or online customer service environment
Familiarity with online booking tools and systems
Knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to up-sell and cross-sell products and services
Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
