As a remote Online Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing world-class customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; instead, you'll be an integral part of an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Online Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to:
* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
* Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
* Maintain regular and timely attendance
* Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
* Ability to manage individual stress/composure
* Other duties as assigned
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High School Diploma
* 2 years' experience in customer service
* Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
* Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite
