**Contract Length and Rate:**
* Contract length: No fixed term
* Rate: $35 per hour
**Skills and Background:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
* The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
* A strong attention to detail and ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
* 10+ hours availability per week
* A reliable internet connection
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Experience in customer support or community management is a plus
