About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective support to customers through live chat, social media, and email, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Help customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
Use our proprietary platform, Squarespace, to manage and respond to live chat messages, as well as other social media channels.
Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve customer issues, and implement process improvements to enhance our services.
Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using social media platforms, email, and live chat software.

Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop).
