In this Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary, utilizing your knowledge of customer service tools and software to resolve complex problems.
Utilize knowledge base resources to provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers and improve service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve service quality, contributing to the development of new processes and procedures to enhance customer experience.
Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution, continuously monitoring and improving your performance to achieve exceptional results.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers, participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.


Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and resolving complex issues.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools, with experience in project management being a plus.
