**Responsibilities**
As an Online Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients' website visitors. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
* Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and efficiently
* Promoting interest in client products and services
* Continuously portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment
* PC keyboarding and internet experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
* An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor
