**The Role**
As an Online Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients' website visitors. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers online, addressing their questions and concerns, and delivering a positive experience that drives business growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional demeanor and a positive attitude throughout your interactions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
* Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
* Promote interest in client products and services
* Continually portray and project a positive and professional image
* Provide administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment
* PC keyboarding and internet experience needed
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
* Upbeat positive attitude and professional demeanor
* Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
* Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
* An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality
